How many years of experience for BizOps/Product Management/Strategy & Ops at tech firms?

I've seen a huge range of YOE listed on job applications - from 2 years (e.g., Robinhood) to like 7+ years at (e.g., Figma). And in between you have LinkedIn, Google, FB, Microsoft etc. Yet I've also seen people in the roles straight from undergraduate. 

What are the typical years of experience needed to make such an exit? And do recruiters reach out to you at a certain yoe?
