Hi everyone, I will be interning at a T2 strategy firm this upcoming summer and am wondering how I can best prepare for it. I know it’s somewhat of a learn on the job, but I also don’t want to be completely lost. Any tips?

Make sure you're up on your Excel and PPT skills. Otherwise you're right about it being learn as you go about office politics, client relations skills, picking up on industry topics for whatever team you're assigned to. Not to sound gruff, but the last bit of advice is to know your role and shut your hole. Seen too many wash out because they thought they were more important than the PM in the room. They want you in there to learn as a benefit, not to try and be a maverick hot shot that overpromises and makes your team underdeliver.
