I didn't get a return offer from my consulting internship - is this stigmatizing in recruiting for FT?

Basically, I learned today that I didn't get a return offer. I was expecting a no anyway, and they said it was because of average technical skills and some things like needing to be more outspoken. I honestly didn't enjoy working there for several reasons, so it sucks but it's whatever.

I've already started planning to re-recruit for MC and EC full-time positions, but I'm wondering if they'll ask if I got a return offer or not and whether they'll think I'm a bad worker if I admit to not having one.
