If you're busy while being on the bench, does that prevent you from being fired?
I'm a first-year new grad consultant, and I've been unstaffed for about 2.5 weeks. I started BD work immediately, like on my 2nd day of being unstaffed, and I've worked on 5-6 BD initiatives so far.
The bench doesn't seem like a good place to be, so was hoping for some expert guidance.
