Interesting Article On Making A Career In IB Versus Consulting
Hey All,
Typing this up on my iPad while on vacation.. So bear with me as I power through no formatting whatsoever.
I read an article discussing IB and consulting that specifically focused on the differences in exit opportunities.

I’d like if this article went more in depth about the differences in the work that banks and consulting firms do. As in, what does an analyst do at a restructuring consulting group versus an M&A group at an IB.
I was surprised most at how consultants were placed as CEOs in BBs (which in itself is not that surprising), but bankers had an easier time going into consulting than vice versa.
Any thoughts?
