Is Capco any good now?
Got an offer for their Business Consulting program. Was wondering if anybody can shed light since the most recent posts I found were in 2019.
Are they still cheeks or are they good for a stepping stone into higher tier consulting/ strategy roles?
Any insight is greatly appreciated - thank you!
I interviewed with Capco in the Netherlands, before I moved back to the US. Personally, I don't think there is anything wrong with an offer from them if you don't have anything else lined up. I didn't like the interview process and the people I have met, it was a lot like a marketing event where they pushed their own principles. this is to be expected in a consultancy, of course. decided against taking the role and was placed in a bank in NYC.
