Junior Summer Internship
I want to receive a full time offer at MBB when I graduate.
I attend a top 3 undergrad business school (according to business week rankings).
In addition to directly applying to MBB...
should I apply to Accenture, Oliver Wyman and NERA Economic consulting in NYC for my summer internship?
OR
Should I apply to investment banks in NYC (BoA,GS, MS, UBS)?
Which route, decent consulting firms or top banks, will serve as a better stepping stone to MBB full time employment?
I mean, why not apply to all of them and see where you can get in? I can safely say that after you get the offers you can weigh the pros and cons.
Also, it would make most sense that consulting --> consulting
You can't go wrong with tier 2 consulting (not sure if I'd classify Accenture as tier 2 and NERA is somewhat a different beast but you can still spin the story) or finance/IBD
