Wondering if anyone has gotten an invite for Kearney BA full time 2023 since first rounds supposedly start next week! Or if anyone would like to share insight on their interview style/process/turnaround time. Thanks in advance!

i was declined interview today. i have 4.0 from target, so i was surprised. do they reject ppl who don’t network?

If you actually have not gone to a single event or talked to a single Kearney person, I'm not surprised that they rejected you outright. For smaller firms / boutiques, you need to show that you actually want to work there and have done at least some due diligence on them.

There was no update on my application portal

Check your spam, a lot of my friends' Kearney emails went right to spam
Nothing in spam either … no updates on portal except it just says “submission completed(updated 9/15)” which is when everyone got invites. Do you know if there have been changes to submission status for those who got invited?
Has anyone heard back from RD1?
Heard back the next day (so last Tuesday).

Got the call that I moved on. RD2 email with exact details coming at EOD. Heard they might be in person? Interviewing for Chicago office
My RD2 is on Friday. My interviews are virtual, but I'm on the West Coast and I'm interviewing for the Chicago office so that might be why. We could end up as coworkers though lol

Welp had final round. Anyone know how long it takes to hear back generally?
I asked one of my interviewers and they said they’re meeting middle of next week to discuss and then it’ll be a phone call.
There is also a second round of interviews next Friday and they said we might have to wait until then to hear back.
