95k base at the moment with an upcoming pay bump soon
what’s the new pay bump?
My guess is 100 base, potentially up to 105. Was 90 base before when MBB was 100. MBB just bumped to 112 base. Kearney never matches MBB, always a bit less (at the least), so 100-105 seems right.
Got my full time offer - it is now 100k base with 10k sign on, 3k relocation, 10-15k performance bonus, and profit sharing.
