LEK Final Round Interview
Anyone have any pointers regarding final round interviews at LEK? I think I did really well on both the first round cases, but wondering what the differences are with the final round. Thanks!

In my experience it was very similar if not identical to the first round except some behaviorals
Thanks for that, sounds like I'll just focus on market sizing prep then.
It may not be identical in terms of the exact cases, but I just generally meant the quant/strat split and the difficulty was about the same
Can confirm, also just went through process. Case type, difficulty, length etc. were all similar. If you aced round one, just do the same thing again and you'll be in good position
Went through the process recently and the second round was a bit more difficult moreso in terms of the interviewers. In the 1st round it felt like the interviewers were more communicative and I could bounce ideas off them. In the final round some of the interviewers weren't as responsive but ultimately the structure was very similar to the first.
Makes sense, I assume MDs are gonna be a bit more difficult to deal with haha
Funnily enough the Partner was the best person to do the case with. The two Principals kind of felt like brick walls to talk to haha. Definitely connected more with my first round interviewers.
Good to know, was the final round any more math heavy? The first round math seemed to be just about what I was expecting, with easily rounded numbers and what not. Did they hit you with any more "difficult" math?
