I've read around that LEK got hit pretty hard during COVID, with forced unpaid time off, major attrition, hiring temp workers, etc. How accurate are these sentiments in terms of impact on the firm's reputation (if at all), and how has life been affected for LEK consultants? Is this something to be concerned about for someone who may start there out of undergrad?
