Linkedin SOAR
I know there is a thread on this program from last year that stated the new SOAR program's quality has declined with only people from Big 4/F500 internships. I was wondering what the updated standing of this program is and what opportunities can you get after you leave.
It's tough to tell but it seems like SOAR is a solid program if you're very interested in working in the business side of tech. People probably exit to startups, other roles in linkedin, MBA, or other tech companies. Seems like an interesting gig

Nobody can really say, it's all about your goals. If you're all in on the tech industry, then Linkedin SOAR would probably be better. But if you want a broader experience where you try different industries, then T2 consulting would win out.
I am in touch with one of the recruiters; my understanding was it let you do Product Strategy / BizOps out of undergrad. Previous people who finished the program stayed at Linkedin in Product Strategy, Biz Ops or Data Analytics role. I also saw someone went to Coinbase.When I used to look into it, I know SOAR was paying a $120k Base premium.
