McKinsey Referral
So I just got a referral from someone at McKinsey, and basically, I didn't know that McKinsey had rolling applications, and I have 30 days to apply through the referral. My question is how can I prepare for the next 30 days to do well in the hiring process for these firms. I have a little bit of experience casing, and I have been doing Fermi Drills, but I wanted to get some more advice.
Referral do not mean interviews. It actually carries very little weight unless it’s from a partner.
