Networking/Staffing at MBB
Recently accepted an MBB offer (not Bain) and am curious on how to approach networking and staffing internally. I have a handful of industries/capabilities that I’m especially interested in and want to specifically target. These industries are also prevalent in the geo I’ll be in.
How should I go about ensuring I get exposure to these types of cases and build a strong network with consultants/managers in them? Should all of my efforts come after I start or are there things I should be doing beforehand? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
