Offer from McKinsey Eastern Europe - Should I take it?

Hi all,

I have received an offer from McKinsey EE for an analyst position.
I have been educated in Western Europe, bachelor and master's degree in finance from Copenhagen Business School. My grades were low, so I was not accepted in Western European offices, however after interviewing with McKinsey EE, I received an offer.
What are my exit opportunities if I take the job? I want to eventually settle in Western Europe. Would I have to do an MBA to transfer or could I transfer after 2-3 years when becoming Associate?

Thank you,
Stine
