What is Oliver Wyman's reputation? I understand they are a tier 2 consulting firm, but others have said that they compete with MBB in certain industries. It seems like this is more of a boutique consulting firm as it is a lot smaller than others. I know they have a global staffing model which is a bit different than others.
Is OW prestigious? What are the exit ops from working at OW? What's the culture like?

It is not really a boutique firm, though definitely smaller than the MBB's.
They are really strong in Financial Services and to a lesser extent, Healthcare.
Yes, OW is very prestigious. To me they are the 4th most prestigious firm after MBB. In general, exit ops are very diverse. In particular, OW exits well into FANG tech companies and any kind of financial services, including MM PE.
Culture is known to be tough hours, but compensation is usually pretty good. There are very few post-MBA hires, and almost everyone joined the firm out of undergrad.
