Opinion on Stern Stewart
Dear community,
do you have any opinions what is special about Stern Stewart and their cases? How do you see Stern Stewart in comparison to Tier 1&2? Would it be possible to move from there to top tier?
Thanks a lot in advance!
Best regards Andreas
Quite a reputable firm and some might consider it an 'EB' of consulting. Very well know in the DACH region. From what I heard people there get paid well above other T2 firms (some have said they get more than MBB but I have not been able to verify this). I think this is certainly a company that could act as a launch platform for MBBs.
Great company if you opt to work in the DACH region. The pay is 20-30% above MBB for associates and the pay gap get even bigger if you move up to the manager position. Only projects for DAX companies and every single one I have seen was on the C-level. Go for it!
