Owning Real Estate Rental Property While Working
I'm a senior right now, planning to start work as a 1st year consultant out of undergrad in July. I'll be traveling Mon.-Thurs. for my job but will say that I am effectively busy all weekdays. Is it feasible to buy a multi-unit home (with an FHA loan) and rent that out while working after 1-2 years?
