Quality of MBB exits in the US vs the rest of the world?

I’m currently a junior in my country’s (LatAM) top school, which is a target for MBB. I’m applying for local offices, but was considering US offices as well. However I’m likely to have a hard time recruiting in the US, even though I’m a US citizen

While the purchasing power of the salary is actually great compared to the US, the pay here is literally about 1/3 of the usual MBB salary after UG in the United States. I actually don’t mind the gap that mainly due to the greater purchasing power, and the fact that post-MBA salary is only about 1/2 or 3/8 less.

My main concerns are exit opps. I do see myself staying a few years post MBA, but not until partner.

I would like to eventually like to transfer to the US (unlikely, kinda hard) or move to the US after MBB.

Does anybody have any idea what exit opps are like for MBB at the EM level outside of the US?

How well perceived are foreign MBB consultants in the US by recruiters and headhunters? Would you still get some looks in the US if most of your experience was international?
