Question about research analyst career
So I have been offered a research analyst position at a boutique strategy consultancy in the UK. The role involves conducting research and analysing data on a specific industry, and then writing up research reports for the company's subscription research service. As such, it's not a very client facing role.
I understand some other consultancies have this kind of role too. However I haven't been able to find much info on it. Does anyone know what exit opportunities for this kind of role would be? Is it possible to move to consulting in this position?
