Recruiting Out of MBB
Currently about to actively start recruiting out of MBB, and was wondering whether I should be open with my firm and case team about it as I will need to step out for several hours during the day to do interviews at points. MBB consistently say that they support you recruiting out if that is your choice and are in good standing with the company, but wondering whether that holds any water or not. My instinct would be to not disclose but curious to hear what other people's experiences were like.
