Restructuring Consulting - Berkeley Research Group

Does anyone have any insight on Berkeley Research Group's Turnaround and Restructuring Practice or the Restructuring Consulting space in general? Pay? Career Progression? Day-to-Day? etc.

There is not a whole lot on WSO about this area in finance so any information would be much appreciated.

I'm familiar with the firm - DM me if you'd like to discuss

For what it's worth, I think people really misprice the value that a career in restructuring consulting can provide, as it's real management consulting mixed with financial elements that you seldom see in the broader, fluffy (at times) consulting world. There's a few other threads on this forum that are pretty indicative of what it's like day-to-day, though I'm happy to elaborate.

Hey, I know this is an old post, but I am also looking into the firm right now. Can you please let me know if you have a couple of minutes to connect to talk about your experience with BRG? Thanks!
