Second Year technology analyst?

Hi all,

I’m a business analyst at a boutique healthcare consulting firm for less than a year out of undergrad. I've been doing tech implementation work so far with some exposure to strategy.

I would like to transition into tech consulting (Deloitte maybe?). But is it even possible to go in as a second year analyst (with connections?) Or is the switch to Big4, Accenture, IBM limited through a Masters/MBA program?

I’m curious if anyone has taken this route from boutique. Would you be considered an entry level analyst or consultant (given prior work experience out of UG)? Thank you !!
