Fortunate to have offers from one and final round interviews with the other. Pretty similar overall. Comes down to whether you want to focus on Commercial Due Diligence/ Life Sciences work (LEK) or more broader opportunities with PE / Education Strategy / Post Merger / Value Creation work (Parthenon)
Culture: both are sweatshops, although hours are slightly longer at LEK
Heard that in Asia a lot of Parthenon partners have moved to LEK in the past 2 years and now LEK also does a lot of education.
