Summer Associate EY-Parthenon NYC vs. LEK NYC?

Fortunate to have offers from one and final round interviews with the other. Knowing they both rank very similar, would love to get any perspective on why choose one over the other, pros and cons, cultures if anyone knows, exit opp/grad school placement differences, etc. Any commentary or insight would be much appreciated. Thanks so much!

Pretty similar overall. Comes down to whether you want to focus on Commercial Due Diligence/ Life Sciences work (LEK) or more broader opportunities with PE / Education Strategy / Post Merger / Value Creation work (Parthenon)

Culture: both are sweatshops, although hours are slightly longer at LEK

Heard that in Asia a lot of Parthenon partners have moved to LEK in the past 2 years and now LEK also does a lot of education.
