Turnaround and Restructuring Firm - Pay Scales
Do the big T&R Firms (Alvarez, FTI, Alix, Ankura) have pay bands within different job titles? I.e. do you get comp increases as say a Senior Associate/Consultant 1st year vs. 2nd year vs. 3rd year? If yes, any idea what the average bump up is?

From my experience, it truly varies firm to firm, but a bump as you gain one more year under your belt, even sans a promotion, is to be expected.
I've personally seen raises of ~6% on the low end to ~10% on the high end.
