UMich LSA Econ vs. Emory BBA

I was recently admitted to the University of Michigan but have not received my Ross decision for undergrad and Emory University. I know that Emory is a semi-target school and if I go to Emory I will be able to pursue a BBA at Goizueta. If I do not get into Ross should I still go to Michigan and use the resources at Michigan to broaden my network? I am thinking about going into consulting so I wanted to know what would be best for my future opportunities as I have not seen much about the Emory BBA program or consulting at UMich LSA.
