Wells Fargo Financial Analyst Program or Capgemini Consulting (Both entry level)

Hi! Trying to decide between a few offers. The 2 that I am in between are:

Wells Fargo Financial Analyst Program (commercial bank)
Base: 60k, Bonus 5k, Potential bonus 10-15% of salary

Capgemini Consulting- staff consultant
Base 66k, Bonus 4k, Relocation fee 3.5k

I will graduate from a target school Finance degree with 2 internships: 1 from BOA, 1 from energy company.

Which one will give me better exit opportunities? Hesitant to not go into finance after college and banking is competitive to get into post-grad (from what my peers have said).
