I am networking into a couple MBB lateral hire processes for their private equity strategy consulting areas. I have 15 years of PE experience, and it seems some of the MBBs like that. I don't know what to expect for lateral hire process though. Does anyone have insights? Will there be consulting-style case interviews? Will the focus be more on my ability to sell projects?
