What is the difference between an Associate and an Analyst at EYP?
My offer letter states that I am a second-year Associate in the strategy team. Meanwhile, the contract I signed notes that I am a second-year analyst instead. I was told that these are interchangeable titles by fellow associates/analysts. Is there any difference at all?
believe one is an EYP title that's used externally, and the other is an internal EY grade.
