Which MBB's have referrals by links?
Hey everyone, I understand for MBB summer internships referrals work by having someone send you a special application link. Is this the case for all 3 of them or are are any where you apply then they just forward your CV to HR? I'm having trouble finding answers to these online and am hoping to get an idea which ones I can just apply to rn and which ones Id have to wait for a link for.
Not sure what you’re referring to. At my office referrals take the form of just shooting an email to the recruiting team with the candidate’s name and resume.
Maybe this applies for expert hires (people with lots of industry experience), but I have never heard of this when it comes to interns.
