Comparing Potential Offers

I just completed final round interviews for 2 companies each for the title of Director of Finance. Realistically, what amount of equity should I negotiate with company 2? How would you go about these 2 offers assuming everything else all equal (work life balance, leadership, growth potential, benefits)?

Company 1: $2b supply chain company. 185k + 35% bonus minimum. (have gotten 50% bonus past 2 years)

Company 2: PE backed startup telecom company. $175k + 15% bonus + equity (currently unknown) PE firm likely to hold for 5 years.
