Deloitte FAS Career Progression

Does anyone have ideas on exits/Progression regarding M&A integration and seperation advisory?

I've been told corp dev or some strategic PEs will take ppl from there, also some ppl say that since this group mainly does project management work, consulting is another exit. I'm a bit confused on what this group is most attracted to.

Also, hope anyone could comment on salary Progression of this group at each level..
