Exit Opportunities post F500 Corporate Transformation

Reaching out on WSO to professionals who have Transformation and Strategy experience in a F500 focused on Financial Services. Hoping to gain additional information from backgrounds varying from analyst to MD on what opportunities there are post this role or how you have found success in staying within the career.

I was thinking the two main options were to pursue MBA or to grow within the Transformation space at the firm. I would love to hear what routes others have taken and hearing stories and experiences on their decisions.

Thank you to everyone who responds!
