Ideal path to Director/VP in F500 Corp Dev?
What's the quickest path to becoming a senior person in F500 Corp Dev? 2 years ib -> cd? 2+2 ib/pe -> cd?
I'm a freshman at a target and ultimately want to end up in a head of corp dev type position since the work seems interesting and the comp + wlb seem strong as well. However, people on here say that being an associate/manager in CD isn't the best since the pay is relatively low and it can be hard to advance, especially at bigger orgs.
