Need help for Corporate Finance problem

Please calculate the leverage ratio (Debt / EBITDA) for Company A’s fiscal years ending 2012,2013, 2014. Please do the same calculation for the same time periods for Company B (i.e.last twelve months calculation should align with the same timeframe you have calculated Company A’s ratio).

Company A's fiscal year is September 30, while Company B's fiscal year is December 31.

Does this mean that I have to calculate three TTM ( TTM September 2012, TTM September 2013, TTM September 2014) for Company B?
