Non-Target -> F100 FRDP -> MBA(?) -> ?

Hey everybody, first time posting so let me know if this is an appropriate set of questions. I just graduated from a West Coast non-target and I can count on one hand the students from my school who have gone into IB or MBB in the past 5 years (aka basically no presence or strong rep whatsoever). I studied Finance and MIS with a 3.8 GPA while playing a D1 sport and being in the school’s Honors Program. This summer I’m beginning a F100 FRDP and had a few things I was wondering about since my exposure up to this point is a little more limited than those at targets and semi-targets. Before securing this job, I had two basic Financial Analyst internships with local companies and also am an Eagle Scout.

1.) How do my top 15/20 MBA prospects look if I follow the typical path for the FRDP kids at my firm (2 year rotation, Senior FA years 3/4, Business Analysis Manager year 5)?

2.) Are there any particular rotation areas that I should especially push for in order to get the best experiences and skills? Rotations with this firm typically consist of areas like FP&A, risk and treasury, digital finance, and all kinds of accounting. I am thinking of trying to persuade them to give me a Corporate Development rotation in my second year as well even though this is not a typical rotation area (I already have contacts in their team), but I do think a rotation in this discipline would be quite interesting and potentially useful since I could see myself going this way in the future. So in addition to recommended rotations, how might I go about trying to get a more personalized rotation like Corp Dev if this is even a possibility? Thanks for the input!
