Currently at FAANG. Cushy job, but interviewing now for a BI manager role at Snowflake. Paybump would be material (would be looking at 150-160K GBP all-in, currently 105K all-in roughly). Anyone know someone at Snowflake in one of the Finance/Strategy/BI teams? How is the culture compared to FAANG?
What is 150k all-in, but +50%? You mean 225k all-in?
Rephrased to make it clearer. Currently on 100K GBP all-in roughly, would go to to 150-160K all-in at Snowflake.
For that kind of pay hike, make the jump since it's doing really well, which can't be possible in a toxic culture as talent retention would be an issue.
