BARINGS - PORTFOLIO FINANCE
Posted in the AM forum, had no response. So trying in the CR forum to see if there's more luck : Does anyone have insights on the comp, culture, and WLB in the Portfolio finance team at Barings ? I'm particularly interested in hearing about the London office but would also appreciate any info on the US.

Barings might be the lowest paying shop i've seen.
They list salaries in the US - and it's almost like their goal is not hire people the wages are so below market.
given the awful salaries, i'm sure the hours are really chill.
