If I’m adding in details of recent deals I worked on, am I able to speak to Public deals but where the bank I work at wasn’t leading the deal (participant in credit facility?) technically no public document has the bank I work for listed, but we did a large portion of diligence and I think it’s a strong name brand that will bring some relevancy
If you participated in the facility there should be a signature page for your bank in the annex of the credit agreement, which, if public, would be an exhibit to an 8-K/10-K.
