Junior Resources
Between war for talent and new platforms cropping up, anybody in VP or Director seats without Associate / Analyst help? How are you guys doing the "work" and also focus on "adding value". Advise on how to deal with problematic juniors that you may occasionally (but mostly not) have access to but that seem to push back and ask to divide the tasks. Some of these kids haven't had other jobs and likely don't know better.
