Possible to go from Private Credit --> Corporate Finance?

Wondering what the prospects are for private credit exit opportunities into corporate finance type of roles? Know PC exit opps are more limited than PE, but would think that PC provides a good amount of opportunities on the corporate side as well. Especially curious if it's possible to join CorpFin / Treasury / CorpDev type of roles at high growth companies or is it going to be more limited on the treasury side for Fortune 500 well established cos?

Any insight would be helpful. Thanks
