Not impossible but not sure what you mean by part time. Would wait until you can get a full time position, I've never heard of part-time corp banking (esp given how what you're working on is super time-based and confidential).

Check out lifeandlevfin. They do a good job of catering to people transitioning or undergrads looking to break into corp/ibanking. 

 

For part-time I meant 20 hours a week, I have managed to network and secure a coffee chat with a senior MD, quite unsure how I should bring this up without sounding life a daft, any idea's?
