I have an opportunity to move to another office/market with my firm, but it would be in a fundraising and investor relations capacity - I enjoy working on transactions but am curious about the fundraising side and feel it would be more difficult to gain this experience the more senior I become.
Has anyone made a similar move, and how did it turn out?
