UK - Venture Debt Scene

Is anyone able to share some insights on the UK venture debt scene? In particular would be good to hear:

- Salary prospects for Analyst/Associates

- Mandates of funds

- Wider views on the funds: performance, leadership etc

Off the top of my head the following funds exist in the space:

- Hambro Perks

- TDC (Tosca)

- Thincats (launching an ARR product soon)

- Claret Capital

- Kreos Capital

- Shard Credit Partners

- Boost&Co (now growth lending)

Currently sitting in debt advisory at a boutique, so was also wondering if it is worth going to doing Venture Debt at a bank first? E.g. SVB UK/HSBC
