Weekend Work in PC
Sitting here spending another weekend working, I'm curious to hear what the norm is regarding weekend work at private credit funds.
Most of this work is a result of my VP wanting to see a bunch of different scenarios and not know what he wants which makes it frustrating that this could all be avoided.
Pretty common, I’d imagine. Haven’t you been an associate for a few years now?
This is my first year in private credit so trying to get a sense of what's normal at other funds
yes when you are on a deal anywhere but some funds you are always on multiple deals staffed leans so you’ll always be working weekends
You work alot yes, but you have alot of agency versus banking in terms of the work product that comes out. I work too much.
What do your hours look like -- regular weekend work?
