Has anyone heard of Cambrian Asset Management?

Do they know something about this quant fund no one else does? I looked up the fund managers, and the CIOs are a former Morgan Stanley analyst/CNET VP/Meebo President and a former Smith Barney/Zimmer Lucas analyst and Millennium Partners portfolio manager.
