Incoming Sales and Trading Summer Analyst for Crypto
I'll be joining a large prime-broker as a Sales and Trading Summer Analyst for Cryptocurrencies and wondering if anyone had any experience with this before? It pays more than a S&T at some BB so pretty excited that they're taking the program seriously at least, not to mention they've been hiring like crazy poaching a lot of the traditional finance to come over to decentralized finance.
Kind of a weird way to flex you’re getting paid well this summer
Isn't anyone in IB or S&T BB getting paid pretty well hourly? Just felt nice to join a firm in crypto that takes the position seriously enough to try and match/beat BB

Yeah, you're completely right I did want to brag a little since crypto is kind of frowned upon I feel like since it's not traditional finance that wasn't really necessary for me to put in the post; but still, curious if anyone has had an analyst role at any of those bigger crypto firms like Genesis Gemini Coinbase and was wondering about day to day life. Apologize for the humble bragging.

What careers did your future employers have? FICC S&T?
Senior analyst bridge water, director at UBS for FICC, senior traders at some prop places and some hiring and support staff from HFT for some of the people in their 30s. Hoping it works out for the best!
