They’ll likely be fine as long as they don’t look too shiny (more concerning the 60% wool). Synthetic fibers, when poorly utilized, can be pretty obvious. Just make sure there’s a return policy in case you receive them and they look cheap.

It's becoming more common to add ~1% elastane to give trim-fitting wool dress pants a bit of stretch, like this one from Bonobos. Shouldn't pose a "cheap & shiny" issue, but you might want make sure returns are easy, or check them out in a store first.

BTW, unlike jeans, most dress pants are designed for easy tailoring, and most of them will need some adjustments in the waist/seat/inseam to fit you well. Either buy from a store that offers this, or find a good tailor you trust.

Thanks for the response. The mix is either Wool/poly/Lycra spandex, just wool/elastane, or just wool/cotton from J Crew.
