Apple Watch in the Work Place
Now that the Apple watch has been out a lot longer, and is more widely adopted, I was curious if the watch is seen very often at work? Or is it not well accepted to wear in your firms?
This is not Silicon Valley matey boy, besides think about it, suit, tie, polished black shoes and an Apple watch, ffs, come on. Get something timeless (if you will excuse the pun) think Rolex or Omega
It's just irrelevant as a watch...
I love watches but no one really cares. I know quite a few people on my desk that use smart watches. At the end of the day it's a watch so wear it if you like it.
Most of my work is with TMT clients - I'll see a lot of smart watches and fitness trackers around the office with them (usually not Apple btw). Otherwise, no. Your wristwear doesn't need to be an AP or even IWC Portugese but an Apple Watch is not appropriate for most professional roles - even the Hermes ones.
