All acceptable. My batch of interns were literally all wearing vineyard vines ties with bulls/yachts/ducklings.

What kind of designs would look better on SAs? During my visits to trading floors, nobody was wearing ties (there were no interns present), so I haven't really been able to gauge what is actually stylish.
Ultimately the design is up to you and your own preference. I just like whatever happens to catch my eye. Any of those ties would work though. Just no Hermes, obv
I'll never understand why people wear striped ties; they look horrendous.
Any are fine as far as conservatism goes. I wouldn’t wear the fifth or sixth on the top due to style. Stripes are absolutely fine.
